Paul assisted me , taking time and patience to identify the problem, and action required to remedy the situation, which I was most appreciative of. It's so good to have help at hand by people who appreciate your lack of tech know how , without condescending. Thank you Paul

  Amazing service from Paul, who helped me with the process of getting a new IPhone 16 pro max. The process took about twenty minutes and Paul knows his job when it comes to setting up a new handset. Welcoming and explained everything thoroughly, I will definitely recommend this branch, amazing service, with NO pushy ‘up sales’ 🤣👍 10/10

  Rude inexperienced staff. Went to inquire about an upgrade, from the moment I opened my mouth I felt unwelcome in the store and as if the questions I asked were stupid. Would’ve appreciated a warmer welcome considering I was willing to upgrade then and there.
